Employment Act Program

Employment Act 1955 protects both employees and employers. It is crucial that both side understands and abides by it

• For the Employer there is a legal obligation to ensure that employees are well protected

• For Employees there is a legal obligation to adhere to the Act

This program intends to teach employers on key issues and problems that employers normally face with relation to the Employment Act. It enables them to put in place the proper processes and procedures so that they will not be unduly penalised due to their ignorance and non-compliance of the Employment Act
